Authentic Russian Lomonosov Porcelain Cobalt Fish Oval Platter *Blue-Bird*.
Cobalt with 22-kt. gold hand-painted.
The platter is 10 inch long, 6.8 inch breadth, 1.2 inches high.
Has the mark Made in Russia and the Lomonosov Porcelain Factory (LFZ) logo at the back. Sort 1. Prime quality.
The Lomonosov Porcelain factory (formerly the Emperor porcelain factory) was founded in 1774. The items produced by the factory won Gold Medals in 1923 in Revel, in 1925 at Paris World Exhibition, in 1948 in Leipzig, in 1958 in Brussels.
